O NAMA

Podrum Panajotović je porodična vinarija osnovana 2003. godine. Vinariju je osnovao dr Viktor Panajotović iz ljubavi prema kvalitetnim vinima, kao i radi nastavka dugotrajne porodične tradicije. Naši koreni u proizvodnji vina datiraju od 1927. godine kada je jedan od naših predaka, deda Toma, osnovao prvi porodični podrum vina u okolini Kruševca, koji je do početka Drugog svetskog rata dostigao vodeće mesto u kvalitetu i količini vina koju je proizvodio na godišnjem nivou.

Naša vina se čuvaju u lagumu zbog konstantne temperature i neobičnog mira koji vinima pruža posebne uslove za sazrevanje i čuvanje. Ukoliko ste željni otkrivanja tajni rimskog podzemnog grada, ali i ukusa naših vina u ovom autentičnom prostoru, svratite! Degustacija u našem lagumu Na degustaciji možete probati naša vina, uz posebno predstavljanje svakog vina i kompletnu priču o istoriji laguma. Imate mogućnost i da otkrijete slatke tajne slaganja vina i hrane. Izabrana hrana je za svako vino svojstvena, a uz nju vina pokazuju svoj najpuniji ukus. Degustaciji se mogu priključiti i tamburaši koji će ovako divnoj kombinaciji dati posebnu notu, doslovno. Nakon degustacije, gosti će imati mogućnost da kupe vina po povlašćenim cenama i sopstvenom izboru.

Vino Šeherezada

Zavodljivo, belo, poluslatko vino dobijeno kupažom najplemenitijih sorti grožđa – Traminer i Sauvignon blanc. Puno, pitko vino boje starog zlata, prijatnog i zanosnog mirisa bele ruže, sa primesama suvog voća. Slasno, dopadljivo i mirišljavo, sa visokim sadržajem alkohola od 15,5%, ekstrakta koji se odlično slaže uz sve vrste slatkiša i dezerta na kraju obroka, a posebno ratluka. Servira se ohlađeno na 10 – 12 °C. Kasna berba, 2007.

Vino Knez

Izvrsno belo vino, prijatnih voćnih kiselina u mirisu, sa ukusom zrelog grožđa i zelene jabuke. Vino je do danas odležalo u boci dovoljno da pokaže snagu jednog pravog vina iz doline reke Rajne, a od grožđa sa našeg podneblja. Vinu će prijati društvo manje aromatičnih ribljih specijaliteta u umaku od limuna, ili punomasni i manje aromatični francuski sirevi tipa Bri i Kamember. Idealno za upotrebu ohladjeno na 10 – 12 °C. Berba 2007.

Vino Lord

Crveno suvo vino, dobijeno od sorte grožđa Merlot. Bogato, veoma pitko vino, izvanredne rubin crvene boje i harmoničnog ukusa koji podseća na ukus suve šljive, plemenite strukture koja zrenjem u boci dobija konačni ukus i pitkost. Izbalansirano, sa izraženom aromom šumskog voća, u potpunosti ispunjava očekivanja. Lepota vina dolazi do izražaja kada mu se pridruže pikantna jela od tamnih mesa i divljači, meso pod sačem, pršuta, stari sirevi. Servira se ohlađeno na 17-20 °C. Berba 2008.

Vino Victor

Vrhunsko crveno vino napravljeno od sorte grožđa Cabernet Sauvignon iz najboljih vinograda Srbije. Vino mirisom daje plemenite arome soka borovnice i kupine, dok ukus u potpunosti prate harmonija šumskog voća i višnje. Zbog načina proizvodnje, a sa željom da se sa ovim vinom što duže družimo, svakim danom će dobijati sve bolji i pikantniji ukus i miris. Idealno je za upotrebu od 2 godine pa nadalje od datuma pakovanja. Vino u stopu prate jela od crvenih mesa, plavi sirevi kao i stari ovčiji sirevi. Svoj maksimum pokazuje na temperaturama od 18-20 °C. Berba 2011.

Victor Barrique

Victor Barrique

Crveno, suvo vrhunsko vino, intenzivne boje dobijeno kupažom dva već napravljena čista barrique vina – Cabernet Sauvignon i Merlot, u odnosu 50:50. Sa visokim sadržajem alkohola od 13,45% i dobrim balansom kiselina, vino ima savršenu harmoniju i pitkost, dopunjenu veoma finim bukeom. Specifičan ukus i aromu ovom vinu daje odležavanje u hrastovim sudovima, čime dobija prijatne mirise vanile, kokosa i suvog mesa. Vino je provelo u barrique buradima 14 meseci. Lepota vina, pitkost i punoća posebno dolaze do izražaja uz tamno meso i divljač. Konzumirati ohlađeno na temperaturi od 18-20 °C. Berba 2007.

ABOUT US

The wine cellar Panajotović is a family winery founded in 2003. The winery was founded by Dr. Viktor Panajotović out of love for quality wines, as well as for long-term continuation of a family tradition. Our roots in wine production are dating back to 1927 when one of our ancestors, grandfather Thomas, founded the first family wine cellar near Krusevac, which had reached a leading position in the quality and quantity of wine that is produced per year by the beginning of the World War II.

The wine road, which will take you to the cellar Panajtović is a road of the Roman underground passages that are found on Senjak. Our wine is kept in the dungeons at the constant temperature and unusual peace that provides special conditions for maturation and storage . We are available to receive people who want to discover the secrets of the Roman underground city and to try our wine in such an authentic place. Complete picture of the basement comes to the fore with a glass of wine and a nice conversation. Wine tasting in our dungeon At the tasting, You can try all of our wines with a complete presentation, introduction of each wine and the full story on the history of the vaults and it is possible to add food that is inherent with each wine and will show its maximum flavor and provide guidance on compliance of wine and food. Such an event can be enriched with an orchestra, to give a special touch to this wonderful combination.

Wine Scheherazade

Seductive, white, semi-sweet wine made by blending of the noblest grape varieties – Traminer and Sauvignon Blanc. Full, smooth wine color of old gold , pleasant and dashing hint of white roses with a hint of dried fruit. Delicious, appealing and fragrant, with a high alcohol content of 15.5 % , an extract that goes well with all kinds of sweets and desserts at the end of the meal, especially with Turkish delight. Served chilled at 12 – 14 degrees. Late harvest, 2007.

Rhine Riesling

Excellent white wine, pleasant fruit acids in the smell, the taste of ripe grapes and green apple . The wine is aged in the bottle now enough to show the strength of a real wine from the valley of the Rhine, and from grapes from our region. Wine will enjoy the company of less aromatic seafood specialties in a sauce of lemon juice, or fat and less aromatic French cheese Brie or Camembert type. Ideal served at 10 – 12 degrees. Vintage 2007.

Dry red wine made from Merlot grapes . Rich, very smooth wine , extraordinary ruby red color and harmonious taste that resembles the taste of prunes, noble structure that maturing in the bottle gets the final taste. Balanced and smooth, with pronounced aromas of wild berries, lives up to your expectations . The beauty of wine comes to a head in company of the spicy dishes made of dark meat, broiler meat, ham and old cheese. It should be served chilled at 17-20 degrees . Vintage 2008.

Premium red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the best vineyards of Serbia . Wine of the fragrance gives the noble aromas of blueberry and blackberry juice as the taste completely follows the harmony of flavors of wild berries and cherries. Because of the mode of production and our desire to enjoy this wine as long as possible, as it gets older every day, it gets better, with a piquant taste and smell and therefore ideally it should be used 2 years from the date of bottling. You can fully enjoy in this wine consuming it with red meat, blue cheese and old sheep cheeses. Shows it’s peak at temperatures of 18-20 degrees. Vintage 2011.

Victor Barrique

Victor Barrique

Red, dry quality wine, with an intense color obtained by blending two already made pure barrique wines – Cabernet Sauvignon and the Merlot, at 50:50. With the high alcohol content of 13.45% and a good balance of acid , the wine has a perfect harmony and smoothness, as amended by a fine bouquet. The specific taste and aroma of the wine aging in barrique oak among other things includes a pleasant smell of vanilla, coconut and dried meat. The wine has spent 14 months in barrique barrels. Beauty of wine , smoothness and fullness are especially noticeable with dark meat. Consumed chilled to a temperature of 18-20 degrees . Vintage 2007.
